Edwards is one of the better blocking tight ends in this class while also showing a great set of hands and concentration in traffic. He has an explosive first-step and he generates the power of a much bigger blocker. He shoots his hands quickly to get inside placement and controls defenders with good upper body strength. Edwards is well-built with room to grow - a year or two in a fulltime college weight-training program and he could develop into a force at the next level.
