Wilson is a big and strong offensive lineman. He has great size and displays quick feet for a guy over 300 pounds. Often dominates smaller defensive lineman and drives them into linebacker level. Plays a little high but has a good motor and stays with his block till the whistle blows. Very strong in the upper and lower body along with good lateral movement. Uses hands extremely well in clamping into the defenders frame; locks into the chest and sustains control and positioning throughout the block. Impressive when double teaming and moving defensive lineman off the line of scrimmage in short yardage situations. Athletic enough to chip off and pick up linebackers at the second level. Kicks back and anchors down on pass protection not allowing himself to be power rushed. Does a very good job of retracing if pass rusher tries to go back to the inside or underneath. Should be very solid pass protector at the guard position where he has help on both sides. Gives nice effort on screen passes and can pick up defenders in the openfield despite his size. Very good in space for an offensive lineman of his size. Wilson is a very good offensive lineman that will probably play guard or right tackle at the next level. He is a huge and active big man that has a great motor and tons of ability.
