Evaluation: Wort is arguably the best pure hitter in this class, and his explosiveness and acceleration in space are very rare. A true sideline-to-sideline guy and a kid who should create havoc on the perimeter at the next level with his great closing speed. Productive between the tackles flashing a great burst from the backside hitting the run seam inside-out making plays on or behind the line of scrimmage; type of defender that needs to be blocked on every play. An excellent tackler, Wort runs through ball carriers and explodes on his final steps of contact generating the force of a 240-pound 'backer. On film, you love his great motor, energy and toughness as a linebacker prospect; not afraid to sell-out his body on any given play.
