Evaluation: Barkley looks like a college player now in terms of polish, mechanics, footwork and, most importantly, production. He has prototypical size and is a true pocket guy who understands timing and has a great sense of anticipation and ball placement. Fundamentals and ball handling are exceptional and he does the little things very, very well.
