Cook has great size and possesses the rare athleticism and ability to beat you with his legs and and his arm. He has very good arm strength with the ability to step up in the pocket and deliver the ball. Cook can throw  the deep out with good velocity and accuracy, and he can create his own. Overall, Cook has loads of physical tools and we feel the coaches at Miami will love the pressure he can put on defenses as a legit dual-threat quarterback.
