Evaluation: Percy Harvin lining up at quarterback on an every-down basis, which is a scary thought. He is a lean, flexible athlete with a lot of wiggle to him. He has great speed, athleticism and is a nightmare in space as a read-option guy in the spread. Has the tools to be just as good a passer in time and is a legit dual-threat.
