Evaluation: This little bugger can scoot. Richardson is a tough rascal and a smart, heady player with excellent quickness and explosiveness after the catch. It is clearly evident that Richardson can run and create mismatches-- especially inside at the slot position, but what stands out even more is his craftiness and feel as a route runner versus zone coverage. This guy knows how to get open, he uses his diminutive stature to get lost, changes speeds as a route runner depending on the play and coverage and his ability get upfield after the catch is exceptional. This kid is always full speed and quick as a cat. Shows burst and separation as a route runner and will set defenders up with double moves and cut on a dime at the top of the route stem.
