Jarboe is an imposing outside receiving threat with a rare combination of size and speed. He is physical but very fluid and a smooth athlete. With his top end speed, he can get on top of defenders very quickly and stretch the field. Jarboe can also be a savvy route runner and shows good start/stop ability with double moves on deep routes. Will pluck and extend with his long wingspan and big hands; has a wide catch radius to adjust to poorly thrown passes. Jarboe has a very high ceiling for development, as his best days are ahead of him in college.
