Locke is the real deal as a three-way threat handling all the kicking duties. He has excellent size and a powerful left leg. His combination of distance and hang time as a punter is outstanding. He shows good timing, approach and consistency in all od his mechanics as both a kicker and punter. Shows the ability to kick off the ground at the high school level which is a huge plus. Locke could become a great college place kicker, but it is more likely he will end up as a punter and kick-off specialist at UCLA.
