There have been a few backs in the last two classes who possess the open field vision, quickness and PlayStation-like spin moves like Harper. He is blessed with a wonderful blend of speed, size and explosiveness; a workhorse and big play guy all wrapped into one. Harper is a back with great balance; he is tough to knock off his feet because he has outstanding leg drive and he always falls forward. Displays excellent vision and makes sharp cuts; he can plant-and-pivot with great quickness. Harper coudl develop into one of the better backs in this class at the next level.
