Evaluation: May be one of the best kept secrets in the country. He plays in a lower division in Florida, but whether it's as a wide receiver, defensive back or return specialist, he is simply a threat to score every time he touches the ball. Although not overly explosive, he flashes great top-end speed, is smooth and fluid in all of his movement skills and has some of the better ball skills in this entire class. Reid would be a big-time playmaker on any level and should continue to see his recruiting stock soar.
