Evaluation: Hopkins is a talented kicker who has a very strong leg. His kickoffs are deep or out of the endzone; good hang on kickoffs. He displays good tempo by gradually accelerates into the football when kicking off. Has good extension on place kicks and powers into the football. Not as consistent punting as place kicking.
