Willis is a strong and determined in-line back with all the physical tools needed to succeed at the next level. Tall, thickly-built-frame - he is a fine blend of size, speed and power as a runner. He patiently hits the hole and flashes an adequate burst when he finds an open run seam. Willis is difficult  to arm tackle when he generates good vertical speed and power. He runs with good body tilt and should be a productive yards-after-contact back as he adds more bulk and strength to his lean frame. Willis is a late bloomer with excellent college upside as a back.
