Toliver has some of the best feet and acceleration we have seen at a receiver in this class. He is a very serious vertical threat and knows how to handle and beat press coverage. Toliver has an excellent surge off the line of scrimmage and is an exceptional route runner. He reaches top gear rapidly and has a good feel for attacking coverage. He is very quick in and out of his cuts and shows he can get seperation with his outstanding burst. We project Tolliver will  be an early deep threat in college.
