Fulse can be a load at the tight end position. He has good size both in height and bulk for the position and displays the ability to be a well rounded tight end. He is a strong in-line blocker. He does a good job of getting hand placement and can be tough to beat once he gets locked on. He plays in a football position with his hips, knees, and ankles bent when engaged and when he moves his feet he can push a defender off the line. He does a good job of maintaining blocks. You would like to see him be a bit more explosive and deliver more of an initial blow on contact. While he has the size and tools to be a productive in-line blocker he is also a productive receiver. He catches the ball well and flashes the ability to extend his arms and make the tough catch, but he can be a bit of a body catcher. Displays solid playing speed for his size, but is best in the short-to-intermediate passing game. He is a load after the catch and will lower his shoulder and punish would be tacklers. He is not very elusive, but flashes good balance to be able to lower his shoulder and stay on his feet and grind out yards after the catch. With his size and ability to use his hands you could see Fulse on defense, but he make a good case for offense though.
