Ayles is one of the more athletic, big-play tight ends in this class. He possesses good size and displays the skills needed to develop into a well-rounded tight end at the college level. His greatest strength at this point is as a receiver. He is capable of causing mismatches on linebackers and creating big plays. He possesses very good hands and consistently catches the ball away from his body. Ayles runs hard with the ball after the catch and flashes deceptive striaght-line speed - chance to be a great one at USC.
