Evaluation: Jeffrey is a mammoth target in the passing game with big strong hands, long arms and the frame to thwart off defenders with ease. He is physically imposing to say the least and has sneaky, deceptive speed to get vertical. He is difficult to handle one-on-one because he really knows how to use his frame and what he lacks with elite quickness, he makes up for with savvy, strength and the ability to make acrobatic catches and pluck balls thrown outside of his frame.
